The service

Looksmath (the Harmony project) offers facial proportion measurements, landmark review and visual simulation. Scores reflect a geometric model with limited reference data. They do not measure personal worth and are not a diagnosis, medical advice or a recommendation for surgery. Lighting, pose and landmarks affect results. Do not base health decisions on this service.

Age, account and photos

The service is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Age is self-declared; registration does not require identity documents. Only upload your own photos for analysis, never photos of minors or other people. Keep your password and recovery code secure. Service-provided examples have a separate demonstration purpose.

Limited permission

You retain your rights in your content. While signed in, your analyses, photos, placed and corrected landmarks, ratings, plans and simulation adjustments are automatically saved privately in Looksmath hosted infrastructure (cloud storage), linked to your account, so you can continue on another device. Without an account, the study remains in the browser session. Permission is limited to processing needed for the functions you request. We receive no license to sell your photos or train models on them. Publishing a contribution and creating a sharing link remain separate actions. Link recipients can access and copy what you authorize; revocation cannot recall independent copies already permitted.

Plans and billing

Creating an account does not start a subscription or require a card. Pro costs BRL 50 in Brazilian reais through Stripe. Card subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, with separate authorization. Each confirmed Pix payment grants 30 days without automatic renewal; you may purchase again after the period. A pending Pix, QR code or return to the site is not proof of payment. The total and any taxes must appear before payment; your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Price changes will be disclosed before another charge and you can cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal online through Plans → Manage subscription, without a phone call or cancellation penalty. Access normally continues through the paid period. Consumers in Brazil may withdraw within 7 days of a distance contract and request a full refund through the support form, without waiving that right by immediate use. The form provides a receipt and accepts requests if the billing portal fails. Other applicable refund rights and local rules prevail. US state consumer rights are not excluded.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the tool to identify people, make employment, lending or insurance decisions, discriminate, harass, humiliate or conduct surveillance. Do not upload unlawful content or exploit other people’s data. Abusive use may be restricted with an explanation and an appeal channel. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or clinical results, and remain responsible for obligations the law does not allow us to exclude.

Rights, changes and disputes

The Privacy Policy describes data and controls. Material changes will be announced in the service; new sensitive purposes require new permission before processing. The accepted version is recorded. These terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver or a forum that removes mandatory rights. Brazilian consumers retain Consumer Defense Code protections and legally available forums, including their domicile where applicable. US users retain applicable federal and state rights. You can contact support without losing access to regulators or courts.
